====== Captain Hopkins ======
Commander of the mysterious mercenary company: The Brotherhood of the Closed Eye. The brotherhood have a long history of hunting down arcane threats that threaten the city, so much such so that the authorities have essentially devolve the arcane defense of Acryn to them. The reason for their strange obsession with hunting down rouge wizards is unknown, but they mastered several potent techniques for doing so.
