A powerful, devoted and (surprise, surprise) arrogant Leader priest dedicated to wiping out the cult of the Traitor.  He leads a group of warriors and nobles devoted to the same end that some are calling the inquisition.

He now possesses the Heart of Arcus Blackthorn which allows him to ignore the effects of Cease Your Deceptions, a miracle he employs almost constantly to root out ne'er-do-wells.
