===== Background =====

Hailing from [[resources:place:lasra|Lasra]] to the North of the desert, Saga is the current Primate (high priest) of [[resources:npc:shatu_and_sinna|Shatu the Radiant Dawn]]. She attempted to travel to Acryn in search of her sister [[resources:npc:sher|Sher]], whom she believed had been corrupted by Sinna. After finding her but not satisfactorily resolving their religious disagreements, she worked with the [[resources:npc:adventurers_guild|Adventurer's Guild]] to try to find a way to help her sister.

She was later kidnapped by Sher, who wished to show her Sinna's true nature. Once the god of darkness was free and coming to an understanding of what had happened, she and her sister returned to their home in the desert.
