====== Vicionia Cargan ======
===== Background =====

Vicionia is the Duchess Cargan and twin sister of the late [[user:vickyh:pc:vincent_barma|First and least of the Tender]]. She is extremely naive and rumour is that true power lies with her relative Walter.

Temporarily died during [[resources:adventure:Night of the Rooster]] but her brain now resides within a Clockwork Golem that is a very good copy of the Duchess (albeit slightly more angular) and is taking up regular family duties with somewhat more care than before.

She was sadly killed in a failed attempt by Jocelyn Cargan to become Queen.
