The Vault is situated deep within the College of the Stars. Apparently created shortly after the founding, it houses a number of artefacts deemed to dangerous to ever be used. The Vault was sealed by the orders of the First Queen of Acryn, [[:resources:npc:melinda_salic|Melinda Salic]], and has not been opened since.

It has taken over fifty years since the fall of the monarchy for anyone to even consider breaking the seal and entering the Vault.
