Memento Mundi is a Fantasy Live-Action Role-Playing game (aka  "LARP”) run in [[http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=&daddr=51.751849,-1.18427&hl=en&geocode=&mra=mift&mrsp=1&sz=16&sll=51.751889,-1.18427&sspn=0.008794,0.02002&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=16|Shotover Country Park]] in Oxford (UK) on Saturday afternoons under the auspices of [[http://users.ox.ac.uk/~rpgsoc/|OURPGSoc]] (the Oxford University RolePlaying Games Society) and open to all - the first two games are free!

We meet on Saturday mornings at **10am** at the [[http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?ie=UTF8&q=magic+cafe+oxford&fb=1&gl=uk&hq=magic+cafe&hnear=Oxford&hl=en&view=map&cid=12788216788734641573&t=h&z=16&iwloc=A|Magic Cafe on Magdalen Steet]]. Games cost £3, although your first 2 are free. Lunch is provided. 

It's a high combat Sword & Sorcery fare in the usual linear LARP mould, set in a world reeling in the aftermath of a metaphysical remaking known as the Upheaval. We aim to be welcoming to casual players and students on a tight budget, so running around having fun is more important to us than anything else. Hopefully everything you need to know about the game will be answered on one of the pages below.
