Having grown up in a tower of mages Karlos unfortunately overslept on the day on which his compatriots gained great cosmic power. Unable to cope with being the minion of his previous peers he left the tower vowing to return once he had gained power to rival theirs. In the pursuit of arcane knowledge and to make rent he has taken up adventuring in the hopes that the skills he learnt whilst closeted in the tower will serve him well in the wider world.
