A late addition to the Founders, Tarkus was a brilliant inventor and engineer whose hands laid the foundations of Acryn. His greatest working before his death the imprisonment of an entity known as The Destroyer.

Tarkus died at the hands of his friend Abraxis, his hands crushed and shattered by the weight of his own creations. He was succeeded by his wife Theresa te Rek and their children and was entombed to watch over the great prison he had built.
