Willie is a powerful figure in the True Council, and apparent immortal.

His role in the revolution is unclear, but there is some evidence to suggest he masterminded the revolution in order to get his hands on powerful artefacts in the possession of the Crown. He has been seen to show a marked interest in artefacts of the Founders, having been prevented from getting his hands on the candelabra which now rests in The Church of the Founders.

He now has the bodies of both the Warrior and the Traitor, and has replaced his trademark knives with a pair made from their bones. More recently he appears to have gone to ground, leaving his daughter Desdemona to run most of his operations.

He was finally killed by adventurers during an operation to recover the Warrior's remains.
