Little is known about Felip Caulson, beyond his claim that he has recently been promoted to head of the Department of Sewers and Public Holidays, suggesting he is probably a senior figure in Acryn's Secret Service. Or at least the public face of it following the disgrace and death of Chiara Walker.

Felip was arrested during the events of The Purge. He terminally afflicted Hierarch Bastion before revealing his madness. His true colours revealed as an evil, megalomaniac senior Traitor Priest whose only aim was the destruction of Acryn, he made no defence and was convicted and executed.
