The Council Building lies at the centre of Acryn. Built upon the old Royal Palaces.

The building has always had a large number of twists and turns, secret passages and unused hallways forgotten to time. Following a number of incursions into the building from the Sewers, basements, and other forgotten parts of the city, Reginald Drake spent some time strengthening and fortifying the Council Building substructure. As well as adding his own set of hidden passages and structural weak-points.

The Council Building was recently blown up by a group of revolutionaries assisted by a Goddess of Vengeance from Valydd. Several councillors were killed and the structure was mostly levelled. Rebuilding efforts are currently ongoing and the council has relocated its meetings into a number of other less prominent structures.
