Vicionia is the Duchess Cargan and twin sister of the late First and least of the Tender. She is extremely naive and rumour is that true power lies with her relative Walter.

Temporarily died during Night of the Rooster but her brain now resides within a Clockwork Golem that is a very good copy of the Duchess (albeit slightly more angular) and is taking up regular family duties with somewhat more care than before.

She was sadly killed in a failed attempt by Jocelyn Cargan to become Queen.
