Base Effect
The Book constantly narrates the story of Harlon Quirk's life.
Your implement has become the physical embodiment of your power and everything which makes you unique. As a result you cannot be killed so long as your implement is safe. If you die, you will form a new body at the end of the encounter. This body will form within 5m of your implement and will be initially weak (1 body hit and naked). If your implement is damaged at the point that you die or before the end of the encounter (for example: has been SHATTERED) then you will not reform (i.e. you will be permanently dead ).
For the purposes of adjudicating other effects, interacting with your implement is the same as interacting with your fundamental nature.
Special Effect Once per an adventure you may enter your Tower via your book. You may take any number of people with you. By doing this, you will lose the ability to summon your implement until you have returned through it (although only you NEED to return).
You have committed a crime against a god of such truly appalling magnitude that they have turned their gaze upon you in wrath. Any priest of the God who attempts to use the power of the God to aid you will instantly be excommunicated. Furthermore, any priest of that God who attempts to fight you will instantly gain the gaze of the gods for that encounter and gain a free use of the intercession skill even if they don't possess it normally. Creatures and beings directly associated with the God will attack you on sight and will be STRENGTHENED when they do so. This quirk can only be removed by the deity themselves or by receiving a blessing from a large church of that god.
